Chase Adams is a Certified Facilitator with a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational (IO) Psychology and a RealTime Coaching certification. With a background in research, behavioral assessments, and data analysis, Chase delivers evidence-based solutions for business challenges.
Chase has extensive experience in HR operations within large healthcare and manufacturing companies, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, turnover, and productivity. Additionally, Chase’s expertise includes employment law, organizational development, change management, coaching, and training – all of which are used to support clients effectively.
Before his Master’s in IO Psychology, Chase completed a Bachelor’s in Psychology at Georgetown College. Chase is also a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
