Caroline Ford serves as a HR Consultant on the HRG Outsourcing team. She works alongside the team to provide high quality HR services to multiple clients. Since joining the HRG team, Caroline has gained experience in areas such as employee relations, payroll, organizational development, policy development, HRIS management, and compensation. Caroline has also earned her Society of Human Resource Management certification.
Caroline received her Master of Science in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of Louisville. Prior to that she graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Business Management and minors in Communications and International Business. Caroline is involved in the many community organizations, including Commerce Lexington and the Junior League of Lexington.
