Kasey Powers joined the Hanna Resource Group in December of 2009 as a Human Resource Consultant. Prior to joining Hanna Resource Group, Kasey worked as a graduate assistant at Eastern Kentucky University for the Dean of the College of Business and Technology as a research GA. Kasey has also completed a year and half internship working in the Human Resource Department at EKU, working with the Employee Development analyst.
Kasey worked with Ale-8-One Bottling Company in Winchester, Kentucky to complete an HR Assessment of Safety and Training, a Gap Analysis, and developed Recommendations in 2008. Kasey has also developed and designed all aspects of a compensation system, a selection system for recruitment, formulated and presented an organizational analysis, completed a positive employee relations case, a contract negotiation, and resolved an employee grievance through arbitration.
She sat for her Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification in June of 2009, and passed. Kasey was the Chief Executive Officer for Maroon Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) at Eastern.
Kasey is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Human Resource Management
