Ed Quinn brings a wealth of management experience to Hanna Resource Group. He is a retired Army Officer with over 25 years executive experience in the healthcare industry. He built a securities trading firm that was eventually sold to a New York investment firm and has utilized his ability as a proven change agent throughout his career. Ed views the human resources of a company as an appreciating asset – not an expense. As an appreciating asset that continually increases in value, the human capital of an organization requires its own preventative maintenance program. Ed tied this philosophy to his work in the quality area when he started a program called Quality Is Living Teamwork (QUILT), which is based upon the knowledge that people are the driver of any organizational change. As the COO and CEO of multiple healthcare organizations Ed has been responsible for every aspect of operations. He is well versed in human resource development, strategic planning, finance and all aspects of organizational management. He brings this expertise to Hanna Resource Group to help clients leverage the largest investment they have in their business – their People. Ed holds a BS in Business Administration from Youngstown State University, a Master of Education in Counseling and Psychological Studies from Georgia State University and a Master of Public Health from Tulane University. He has taught supervisory management classes throughout his career.
