Greg recently joined Hanna Resource Group as a Senior Partner where he is accountable for delivering strategies to recruit talent, conducting client assessments, and outsourcing for corporate clients. Prior to joining Hanna Resource Group, Greg was a HR Quality Project Manager for a leading railroad service provider. While there, he was responsible for coordinating process improvement projects, collaborating with company heads to project staffing needs, and develop recruiting strategies for new startups. One of his most notable accomplishments was his utilization of his recruiting skills to oversee a 12% increase in company staffing requirements which equaled to a 200-worker surge for one of the organization’s largest divisions. Additional duties Greg was responsible for included drafting company policies and procedures, job descriptions, and maintaining the organization’s HRIS.
Furthermore, Greg is a 22-year veteran of the US Air Force. His assignments included several stints in US Air Force Recruiting Service where he mastered the fundamentals of recruiting. As he grew in the Profession of Arms, Greg was given the responsibility to lead teams of recruiters who were responsible for meeting staffing needs. As result of his success he was promoted to a training manager position. In this position, he was responsible for training over 300 HR managers where he utilized classroom instruction, on the job training, and webcasts.

In addition, Greg has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
