It’s often difficult to provide internal workplace ethics training due to the sensitivity of the subject. Having HRG provide Workplace Ethics & Social Responsibility training to employees provides them with a confidential third party to whom they can address any questions or concerns they may have. Throughout the training, employees are educated on the standards of business ethics and social responsibility by being provided with a framework to solve potential ethical dilemmas in the workplace. Included in this training are multiple sample cases used to challenge employees’ ethical problem solving.
